Ich habe ganz vergessen die Brille vor der Saunagang abzulegen, und die waren kaputt. Nach kurze Gespräch mit Reiseveranstalter war ich abgeholt und nach Lara gebracht. Insgesamt nach 90 Minuten inkl. Transfer war alles erledigt, und neue Brille waren da weniger als in 24 Stunden. Bin sehr zufrieden!
