1. First, open the Lufthansa website and select "My Bookings" and then "Check-in" at the top.

2. It is important to select "Tour operator travel" and click on "Online check-in for tour operator travel".

3. Here you must ensure that you select "Tour operator travel" again at the top. Subsequently, you can enter your departure and destination airport, your flight number (found on your travel documents), and your first and last name. The tour operator booking code is not strictly necessary. Now simply confirm.

4. Finally, just select your seat, check in online, and create your boarding pass. You will receive your boarding pass for download, via email, or as an SMS.

The following airlines can check in online via Lufthansa:

  • Lufthansa worldwide
  • Austrian Airlines between Germany and Austria
  • LOT Polish Airlines for departures from Germany (except Hamburg and Stuttgart)
  • Croatia Airlines for departures from Germany
  • Scandinavian Airlines for departures from Germany (except Düsseldorf, Hamburg, and Berlin-Tegel)

For all other airlines / codeshare flights not mentioned here (i.e., flights operated by other airlines but booked with a Lufthansa flight number), online or mobile check-in is not possible.

Online check-in is not available in the following countries (with airports):
